Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Downloadable content (if any)

Personal care items once opened
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)
- Product must be returned within 30 days
- Packaging must be intact
Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
Once we receive the item, a gift card or voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t sent directly, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
